This should bring you to a download window where you can see the progress of your download. Method #2: Right-click on a link and either select the option, "Save Target As", "Save Link As" or similar. How do I upload my videos to my Apple iPad, iPhone or iTouch?
For Apple smart devices including the iPad, iPhone or iTouch, the Ride Fit™ video files you want on the device must be uploaded to it using iTunes. Thus, to get the required video file on your device, first of all, you need to download/transfer the file onto the computer that is running iTunes. Next, add this file to the iTunes library. Do this by launching iTunes and then from the File drop-down menu (top left) select "Add File to Library". Select the video file from the directory/folder you downloaded it to. Having added the video file to the iTunes library it is now ready for uploading to your device. When you next connect your device to your computer, sync iTunes and the video file will now be copied to your device and be readily accessible. You have to ensure that allowing movies to sync is checked within iTunes. Repeat this process for all the video files you want on your iPad, iPhone or iTouch.

Can I download a Ride Fit Video to my Android phone or tablet?
Yes, you can. Basically, the first thing you need to do is connect your device to the computer you downloaded your Ride Fit™ video(s) to via a suitable USB cable. The device (tablet or phone) will look like an external hard drive to which you can copy files. Next use a program like Windows Explorer (PC) or Finder (Apple Mac) to copy your downloaded Ride Fit™ video(s) into the appropriate directory on the Android device.

My Apple device does not seem to be recognizing the video file?
If this occurs and the file has not got corrupted during the download process try the following. Once the movie is loaded into the iTunes library, go to Movies and select the video. Now go to the Advanced tab, select Create iPod, iPad or Apple TV version and convert the file. This may take considerable time depending on the machine you're running. Then upload the video file to your Apple device. If you still have problems please contact us at info@ride-fit.com.

A downloaded video just won't play, or I'm getting the following message, "The movie's file format isn't recognized." What's wrong?
If you download a Ride Fit™ video and either the file just won't play or you get a message from your media player like, "The movie's file format isn't recognized" then the file in question may have got corrupted during the download process or the download terminated early. Please download the video(s) again.

When I play my Ride Fit™ downloaded video it stutters or freezes during playback?
On older computers running either QuickTime or Windows Media Player, you may experience this problem because these devices cannot handle the video processing requirements necessary to play our high definition .mp4 video files. For trouble-free playback on Windows and Apple based machines, we recommend the use of the free VLC Media Player available at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/.

What format are your DVDs?
They are Region Free NTSC DVDs. These will play on most modern DVD players and all computers, PS3, etc.

Will NTSC DVDs play if I live in a country where PAL is the TV standard?
Generally yes. Since about 2003 most DVD players have been able to support the playback of both NTSC and PAL formatted DVDs. The only caveat with playing a “foreign” disc is that the disc needs to be made region-free. All Ride Fit DVDs are formatted as region-free. If you have any playback issues please contact us at info@ride-fit.com.

My Apple MAC will not read the Data CD I received, what can I do?
The data CD you received is actually either a single or double layer data DVD depending on how many video files are being stored. With 64-bit MACs, there seems to be a known issue with the 64-bit kernel and extensions associated with reading DVDs. Try restarting the machine and forcing it into 32-bit mode (hold down 32 on startup). In 32-bit mode, it should now read the DVD. When you restart your machine it will default back to 64-bit. Alternatively, view the data DVD on a Windows-based machine.
